ACF series three screw pump
1. Product overview:
AC F series three-screw pumps are self-priming three-screw pumps. Surface-treated screw with replaceable bushing. The starting screw is hydraulically balanced, and the axial force of the working screw is absorbed by the bottom of the pump. The movement is also hydraulic. The helical surface hardly transmits the torque generated by the friction of the liquid, so the helical surface does not wear. All sliding parts are lubricated by medium. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal, which is leak-free and requires no maintenance. The sealing chamber and the suction chamber are connected by an internal circuit. The output pressure on the shaft seal is independent, only the absorption pressure is generated. The pump and motor are connected by a bracket. When the helix rotates, the three helixes of the sealing chamber make a completely continuous movement in the axial direction. Rotation of the screw does not cause vibrations. Outside of extrusion, the volume of the sealed chamber remains unchanged. Structural design and operational stability.

AC F series three screw pumps can be used in a variety of fluid media , such as lubricating oil, fuel oil, vegetable oil, hydraulic oil and other hydraulic fluids, glycols, polymers, emulsions and any non-aggressive fluids with certain lubricating properties.
