A second precision forging workshop mainly produces engine injector bodies. The precision requirements for mass production parts are relatively high. After each shutdown, the engine must be warmed up for more than 20 minutes. The original site used a plunger pump system with a pressure of 70 bar. Some models require a secondary pressurization of the cooling oil to reach the used 80 bar. The original working noise was 150 decibels. A precision forging reported that the employees were exposed to noise pollution for a long time. The working environment is not conducive to the occupational health of employees. Kemet is required to replace the high-voltage unit, and the noise is controlled within 90 decibels. After contacting Kemet, our company provided a performance report and a noise level report. In August 2020, our center The water outlet high pressure unit was tested for performance and noise level for the first time in Kmet. The test results show that the noise is 70 dB , the flow rate is 20 L/min under the pressure of 80bar , and the noise and performance meet the supply requirements. Transported to the customer's site to test the actual working effect, the test time is 3 months, the test condition is 24 hours of non-stop work, the cooling oil is transported, the working pressure is 80bar, and the cutting material is forged aluminum.

It will be supplied in batches in January 2020. The supply quantity is 26 sets of A3SS series spindle center water outlet systems , which are used for all models in a precision forging workshop. The effect after replacement is very obvious, the noise level is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
