      In March 2019, our company supplied a high-voltage chip breaking system to a machine tool manufacturer in Zhejiang. The product supplied is a PLC independent control system. Since the T55 CNC lathe has been used at the customer site for more than a year, the original lathe PLC did not write A3SS series spindle The working procedure of the central water outlet system , so our system has its own PLC running procedure and automatic backwashing function. The CNC lathe can supply the 380V power supply for the A3MT series high-voltage machine tool cooling pump and the M code start-stop signal control.  

The main reasons for this are as follows:

1. The chip breaking effect cannot be achieved during processing . For example , the chip breaking is not complete, and the chip conveyor can easily cause the chip conveyor to not work smoothly when conveying iron chips;

2. Incomplete chip breaking, iron chips are easily entangled on the workpiece, so that the manipulator cannot hold the parts smoothly, which directly leads to the failure of the CNC lathe line to work smoothly;

3. The amount of cooling of the tool and the workpiece is not enough to be directly fed back to the tool and the workpiece. There is a lot of hot air from iron scraps, the tool wears too fast, the roughness of the parts is large, and the manipulator cannot perform the secondary process clamping action well;

4. The site is 24-hour non-stop work, and the staff hardly maintains it , so the filtration cannot meet the requirements of the screw pump, and the screw pump on site is very easy to damage.

After understanding the above problems, our company discussed the corresponding working conditions and problems on the site, and determined specific technical solutions:

A3SS-XT2 open system adopts A3MT series high-pressure machine tool cooling pump with large flow and high pressure. The size and size of the pump head are almost the same as those of the Danish brand used in the field. The field is in good condition, with large flow and stable pressure . And fully solve the problem of workpiece processing chip breaking and tool cooling problems , our company has selected a maintenance-free self -cleaning bag filter. The self-cleaning bag filter selected this time is mainly for 24-hour non-stop work on site . working condition.

This cooperation with a machine tool manufacturer in Zhejiang has completely solved the problems of on-site processing in a Zhejiang enterprise , such as: poor chip breaking effect, difficult chip removal, insufficient cooling of tools and workpieces, and insufficient filtration .
