3GR series lubricating oil pump
1. Product overview:
Three screw pumps include 3G 3GR three screw pump general type, 3GC marine three screw pump type and 3GS three screw pump 3GCL three screw pump 3GCLS three screw pump and other special types. The three-screw pump is a rotor-type positive displacement pump. Due to the mutual engagement of the spiral grooves on the driving screw and the driven screw and their cooperation with the inner surface of the three holes of the bushing, several stages of dynamic sealing chambers can be formed between the inlet and outlet of the pump. The dynamic sealing chamber will continuously move the liquid axially from the pump inlet to the pump outlet, and increase the pressure of the pumped liquid step by step, thereby forming a continuous, stable and axially moving pressure liquid.

3 The liquids delivered by GR series three-screw pumps are all kinds of lubricating liquids that do not contain solid particles, non-corrosive oils and similar oils. It can be transported by heating to reduce viscosity. The flow range is 0.2~590m3/h, the maximum working pressure is 100bar, and the maximum temperature is 150℃.
