SPF series three screw pump
1. Product overview:
SPF series three-screw pump is a self-priming three-screw pump with built-in bearing. The hardened screw is installed in a replaceable bushing to run. The main rod is hydraulically balanced, the axial force of the slave rod is supported on the back cover, and is driven to rotate by hydraulic pressure, so the screw profile only transmits hydraulic torque without force or wear. For all transmission parts, All are lubricated by the conveyed medium. The radial direction of the main rod is positioned by the balance piston, and the high pressure chamber and the seal chamber are separated by means of the gap between the balance piston and the shaft sleeve. A mechanical seal is installed in the seal chamber, and the oil return hole in the chamber is communicated with the suction chamber of the pump. , so it is not affected by the discharge pressure. The pump is connected and driven by the bracket, the coupling and the motor, (such as the size 20), and can also be wall-mounted (such as the size 40).
2. Product use function:
SPF series three-screw pumps are suitable for conveying fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil or other lubricating liquids. The conveyed medium must not contain any abrasive particles and substances that are corrosive to pump materials.

7. Advantages:
1. Operation : When the active screw of the helical surface formed by the special profile line rotates, its dynamic sealing chamber will suck the liquid from the suction port and transport it to the discharge port continuously and without pulsation along the axial direction.
2. Noise and pulsation : The structure and operation stability of the screw pump ensure low noise and no pulsation of the pump .
3. Shaft seal : The pump adopts mechanical seal, which requires no maintenance .
4. Temperature and pressure range : allowable temperature 150 C (only supply type 20: one specification)
5. Safety valve : each pump is equipped with a safety valve as an overload protection device .
7. Installation : The SPF pump can be installed and used anywhere. For safety reasons, the motor is not allowed to be placed under the pump.
8. Power matching : Various types of motors or other driving devices are connected to the pump through couplings.
